Ken Baker

Ken Baker was one of the founders of Integrated Services, Inc. in 1985. He brought nine years of Big Six consulting experience as well as three years of industry experience to ISI. He has specialized in the development of long range systems plans, business contingency planning, large scale system implementation of custom and package software, outsourcing analyses, data center moves, testing methodologies and technical infrastructure deployment. He has participated in the development and operation of computer systems in a number of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, utilities, real estate and government. His application experience includes General Ledger and Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Property Management, Order Entry, Inventory Control, Product Information, Customer Accounting, Billing, Accounts Payable, Advertising and Project Control.

Mr. Baker earned his Bachelor of Science in 1971 from Michigan State University followed by his Master’s degree in Mathematics from Case Western Reserve University in 1973. Mr. Baker is a Certified Data Processor. Ken enjoys varied family activities, woodworking, and regularly plays on a volleyball team.

John Cavner

John Cavner was one of the founders of Integrated Services, Inc. in 1985. He brought seven years of Big Six consulting experience as well as two years of industry experience to ISI. He has served as an Assistant Director of Information Services, having responsibility for all applications development for mainframe and personal computers. He has had extensive experience in the planning, design and implementation of on-line, database systems, corporate planning models, order entry, customer information, product information, credit and collection, accounts receivable and unemployment insurance systems.

Mr. Cavner earned an undergraduate degree in Mathematics in 1974 and an MBA with an emphasis in Operations Research from the University of Michigan in 1976. John enjoys keeping up with his two children’s extracurricular activities which includes occasional coaching. He also is active in his church and sings in the choir.

JF Denis

JF Denis joined Integrated Services, Inc. in 1996 and was promoted to principle in 2000. He brought four years of Big Six consulting experience as well as six years of industry experience to ISI. Mr. Denis’ proven ability to identify and resolve diverse business and technical issues has allowed him to manage data mining projects. He has been selected to lead a number of major data conversions involving critical financial information. Mr. Denis has managed the planning and implementation of a new technical infrastructure for a product marketing company with multiple locations. His organization and results-oriented management style has enabled him to supervise a large staff of Information Technology professionals across multiple operating system platforms.

Mr. Denis earned a Bachelor of Science from Canada’s University of Sherbrooke in 1986 with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Business. JF enjoys camping, scuba diving and snow skiing. He is active in his church and teaches children's Sunday school.

Paul Giordano

Paul Giordano joined ISI in 1997 and was promoted to principal in 2002. He brought four years of Big Six consulting experience as well as eight years of industry experience to ISI. He has worked in a broad range of business environments, primarily in the Financial Services, Construction, and Service Industries. Mr. Giordano is a seasoned hands-on project manager with extensive experience in process re-design, requirements definition, software selection, systems conversions, application development and software testing. He can not only lead a team, but also perform the nuts and bolts work required for a successful project delivery. His technical knowledge has been concentrated in SQL Server 2000/2005, MSRS, and SSIS.

Mr. Giordano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.

 

Larry Schleinat

Since joining Integrated Services in 1992, Larry has specialized in data modeling and relational database design, custom software development, technical infrastructure evaluation, selection, and implementation, and LAN/WAN design and deployment. During his twenty five-year career, Mr. Schleinat has had the opportunity to develop a broad range of expertise in areas that include database design and administration, multi-tier application design and development, network design and deployment, and voice and data communications.  He has participated in successful projects in the wholesale distribution, real estate, healthcare, and banking industries.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of North Texas, and began his career while a student, holding positions in computer operations with Texas Women’s University, Moores Business Forms, and Trammell Crow Company.  During this period, Mr. Schleinat also served as a noncommissioned officer in the Texas Army National Guard. He is a licensed private pilot and avid sport motorcyclist, and enjoys extreme sports.

Dan Hooper

 Dan Hooper, Principal and Vice President Sales and Marketing.  Dan has a long career building successful businesses in the DFW market.  Through the 80’s and early 90’s he effectively turned around and started several major marketing and trading divisions at Commercial Metals Company, a Fortune 500 Company, and has led several emerging companies to profitable growth.  While VP of Sales and Marketing, ePartners was listed as one of Fortune’s 100 Fastest Growing companies in 1999.  Dan successfully turned around a leading DFW property management software company, Remanage, prior to merging it in 2003.  Having worked with ISI on several projects, Dan joined the firm as VP of Sales and Marketing in 2003.

Dan is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a BS in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering.  When not working or fishing, he is an active member at his church and sits on the boards of several foundation and community organizations.

 

 

Mark White

  Mark White began his college career at Texas A&M University in 1992. Soon after, his interest in information technology developed while working part-time for his father’s software firm, Operational System Designs. Mark majored in BANA/MIS (Business Analysis / Management of Information Systems) and obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration in 1996.

Following graduation, Mark spent two years developing his skills with Castlemark Consulting before joining Integrated Services in 1999. Since joining ISI, he has gained extensive industry experience through hotel, construction, and government application development projects. He has various Microsoft certifications including MCP and MCSD with a focus in .NET, SQL Server, C#, and Visual Basic. Mark is currently serving as the user interface technical lead for a government project in Dallas. To offset time spent with his laptop, Mark enjoys various outdoor activities - golfing, snow-skiing, and water-skiing, to name a few.

Jeffry Schwartz

 Jeff is the SQL Rx Senior Systems Architect for Integrated Services, Inc., a Microsoft managed Gold level partner for Data Management, Business Process and Integration, and Information Worker solutions (http://www.isi85.com).  He brings with him over 30 years of industry experience developing and delivering state-of-the-art consulting services in the areas of performance, optimization, tuning, and capacity planning for Windows 2-way through 64-way & Unisys CS/LX/NX mainframe platforms, as well as Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 and Unisys DMSII database systems. 

Jeff has conducted over 440 customer performance and capacity planning studies and has developed a repeatable methodology and supporting application code (~300,000 lines of C++, C#, VB, and T-SQL code) for detailing clients' Windows and SQL Server Baseline, Performance, and Health assessments.  He regularly presents lectures and classes at various events around the world and continues to develop and maintain code adhering to Six Sigma Lean Principles.

Lori Brown

Lori is a senior consultant for ISI’s SQL Rx team. Lori brings more than 10 years of IT experience to her role with ISI, where she provides SQL Server expertise in performance tuning, bottleneck identification, disaster recovery/high availability, data migration, SQL upgrades and training. She has worked with relational databases since 1998 and SQL Server since version 7.0. She has taught courses on SQL Server administration and performance tuning, and has been a guest speaker for SQL groups around the country. Her diverse client experience includes industries such as technology, government, transportation, education and healthcare. Ms. Brown is also a contributing author to the soon-to-be-published “Microsoft Press – SQL Server 2008 Administrators Companion.”

She attended Texas Tech University where she studied computer science. She also holds numerous Microsoft/SQL certifications and is a member of the North Texas SQL Server Users’ Group.
